We loved this place — very cozy, very clean, and really well-appointed. The décor is lovely and makes the space feel welcoming the moment you walk in. The bed was super comfortable, and the suite was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. All the small, thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. The host was very friendly and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for both arrival and departure. Getting around Winnipeg was simple with the transit system, and Uber was always an easy backup. Overall, a wonderful stay. We’d happily come back and highly recommend this place.

We’ve stayed in this rental before. It was nice for us as we had to evacuate our community and I needed to come to Winnipeg for a few days for some medical appointments. The Condo is in a very quiet, central location. Bedding is of a good quality, espresso coffee machine is very good although a manual would be appreciated as there were lots of functions. Big tvs in living room and master bed. Owner is very responsive. There is a bit of noise from the neighbour above.. Overall comfortable and convenient and we would stay again.

Great mini 'honeymoon'

We stayed here for a few days after our wedding to get away before having to go home! Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with all the cooking utensils/appliances you need to cooks great meal, bed comfy, and the pool was a great addition! David was quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo

Very nice place, very comfortable. The only problem we had was the parking because we had a large truck. And I would make a suggestion that a small bench put near door so there would be able to seat to put boots on.

In response, there is plenty of free visitor parking 5 - 10 steps from the assigned covered stall as well as free street parking at approximately the same distance. There’s a boot bench at the front door that I’ll consider repositioning to the back landing door/mud room. Thank you for your suggestion!

This apartment is located in a complex that is surrounded by a green belt - perfect for early morning and evening walks with the dogs. It is also located near many parks including an off leash park and the Assiniboine Forest. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. David was very responsive when we called.

March 2024- 1 week stay

We stayed at this VRBO my mother, daughter and I for 1 week has daughter had a swimming meet at the Pan Am pool. Nice and quiet location in a really pleasant neighborhood, really comfortable beds and soft bedding/towels, powerful jet in the shower;) Easy access to airport and downtown (max 15 minutes). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and not to forget, the great coffee machine!! It was a pleasure to relax there after long days at the pool, and David was so helpful, easy to reach and super pleasant;)

Cozy condo, parking stall does not fit SUV vehicle with Tule on (covered parking) but plenty of free street parking around. Owner very communicative and quick responses. Occupancy is listed as max 4 occupants however there is an additional charge for the 4th person (we are a family of 4) which I did not see on booking or missed when I booked. Great for a family of 3!

Good & safe location

Overall we had a good stay, felt safe in the area & the location was excellent for our planned adventures. The beds were comfy & the complex was calm & quiet. The only negatives I would report are that the upstairs neighbor was fairly loud when walking & stomped on the floor repeatedly when my son turned on the shower as the water in the pipes banged for a moment. If you are allergic to smoke/cigarettes….There is also a neighbor that is apparently a very heavy smoker. Although it was not noticeable while in the condo, every time we had to enter/exit, the smell in the shared stairwell was enough to make my eyes water, make me cough & make my throat scratch.
