We were 4 couples and we all enjoyed the property very much and the host was fabulous!! Greatly recommended for friends or family as I nice property to stay at when in Fredricksburg .

We enjoyed our stay at this property, overall everything was wonderful. The photos were a bit misleading, the additional suites are not directly behind the main house, they’re to the side, behind the neighboring house. We also had to sign an additional contract, pay an additional damage deposit and submit photos of drivers license etc. before receiving the check-in instructions. This was all in addition to what we submitted/paid through VRBO, and not mentioned in the property listing so we weren’t prepared for these extra steps and costs.
