Modern, bright and cozy freshly renovated two story house steps from the Beach. Three bedrooms on the main floor, with a fully equipped cook's kitchen. The comfortable open concept family room has a fireplace and big screen TV, and opens onto a large deck with BBQ where you can enjoy the treed backyard and the sound of waves on Georgian Bay. The lower unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, living room, two spacious bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. This space is perfect for large families or two smaller families travelling together.
