This exclusive estate provides a peaceful and private setting for up to 14 guests, ideal for family retreats, group getaways, or wellness escapes.

The Estate
Cape Vue Byron Bay includes five studio villas and one two-bedroom villa, each designed with individual outdoor spaces and interior touches that speak to comfort and calm.

Inside Cape Vue:
Each villa is fitted with:

* Plush bedding with quality linens (mix of king and queen beds)
*Ensuite bathrooms with premium finishes
*Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning
*Coffee machine and tea-making facilities
*Mini-fridge and snack station
*Private deck with seating and views of the Byron hinterland
* only the two bedroom villa is equipped with full service kitchen

The villas are designed to offer a sense of privacy while still being part of the larger shared estate, perfect for groups who wish to stay connected, yet enjoy personal space.

Please note: Villas 1-5 do not include full kitchens. Guests are encouraged to explore the vibrant culinary scene in nearby Byron Bay.

*Private Estate Feel: Booked as an entire property, guests have full, exclusive access to all amenities

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Pets: Not permitted

Parties/Events: Not permitted unless pre-approved (ideal for retreats with prior arrangement)

Noise Policy: Quiet hours 9 PM – 9 AM to preserve the peaceful surroundings
