Relax in style by the 20m magnesium mineral pool in this stunning designer home, complete with a view onto its own tropical rainforest, huge grounds/grassy areas, in-built firepit with Argentinian grille, large covered trampoline for kids and private gated entry.

This luxury villa boasts 5/6 bedrooms, 4 full size bathrooms, 5.5m high ceilings, full sized kitchen plus separate kitchenette, grounds with firepit and over 1.5 acres of paperbark and rainforest. Separate wings of the house allow two families to share or create privacy. Media room and lounge rooms with ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Full size 60" TV in master bedroom. Reverse cycle airconditioning/ heating in every room as well as ceiling fans ensures maximum comfort.

Wrap around sunsoaked decks with lounges and tables and chairs provide relaxation all day. Two lounge rooms separated by a 2-way Jetmaster fireplace provide ample space for families to relax.

Cross the road on foot for coffee and croissants at the Suffolk Bakery in 1 minute, local supermarket, restaurants, pub, bottle shop and takeaway food. A 600m walk to Tallow beach. A bush track right in front of the property takes you through gorgeous national park and rainforest straight to Broken Head Beach.

5 min drive into Byron town, 15 min to Lennox and 20 mins to Ballina, 2 mins to Broken Head and Seven Mile Beach road leading to the secluded cove beaches of King's, Bray's and White's beaches.

Spacious and bright

A very stylish, well furnished and spacious home with a lovely 18 metre lap pool and large backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend the property
