PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Palm Cove Retreat is a luxury open plan resort style home.
Located just 150m from the pristine Tallow Beach. Situated within a private gated community, the home offers direct beach access and peaceful surrounds while still being close to the action of Byron.
This stunning holiday home has central heating & cooling.
Four bedrooms (3 x KING, 1x QUEEN ) all equipped with ceiling fans, built in (or walk in) robes and flat screen televisions in all rooms. The downstairs double room has its own en-suite. Upstairs, on the main living level there are another three bedrooms, the master KING room has a huge walk in robe with Ensuite and there is a third bathroom with a lovely free standing bath.
The main living, dining, kitchen is furnished in an aesthetically pleasing style with large, modern kitchen with a walk in pantry, large double oven, double door fridge + an extra wine / bar fridge and a servrry window for alfresco dining nights out on the covered deck area. There is a large 80" flat screen TV,Foxtel (with sports channels) & apple tv.

The spacious rear deck overlooks sparkling in ground pool surrounded by tropical Gardens. There is a Family BBQ to cook up a feast and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a session at the beach from the private track only 150m to the sand on Tallow Beach.
The house is located in Suffolk Park, a lovely beach side community 5km south of Byron Bay. You can enjoy the convenience of the local tavern, chemist, postoffice, bakery, Spar supermarket, and a selection of restaurants and cafes without even having to venture into the crowds of downtown Byron Bay.
This property is perfect for families, group bookings.
RATES
The rates vary from $1300 - $1650 per night depending on the time of year.
Plus a $450 cleaning/linen fee per booking
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note this home has no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 9:30pm.
Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

We have a lovely stay and highly recommend this property. Julie was always prompt to reply to any questions and the property itself was just perfect ! The photos don’t do it justice … it is the perfect beachside retreat and a very well equipped property. The outdoor entertaining area has a very relaxing feel to it. We shared the property with another family and the layout was perfect for 2 families.

Byron Bay holiday: relaxing stay with very nice accomodation.

Good snd enjoyable. Dish washer is slow and probably needs a service. Gated community was welcome as not all local homes are of the same quality.

Stunning beachside retreat!

We spent a week at Palm Cove retreat and absolutely loved it! The house is stunning and the pool area surrounded by beautiful palm trees is a delightful place to spend the day. The house has everything for a luxurious stay. Cooking in the kitchen is a pleasure with the seamless indoor/outdoor set up. The house has private access to the beach - 2 min walk. We also really enjoyed being in Suffolk park which feels so much more laid back than the hustle and bustle of Byron which is only 5-10 mins away in the car. Julie was the perfect host! We hope to return again one day- thank you for an amazing family holiday! Xx

Such a gorgeous home in the quiet area of Suffolk Park. Away from the hustle and bustle of Byron Bay, but easy to access. Everything you need in a home away from home. Pool was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time out there. Kitchen has everything you need to entertain! Julie was a fantastic host, by providing everything we needed and was contactable if needed.
