Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Before leaving, turn off heat or air conditioning.
Leave any used beds unmade. No need to strip the bedding. Please put used towels in the laundry room baskets.

Herm was incredible to deal with and we had some good communication to begin with and help accommodate my group of 11 guys. There was everything we needed, from towels, extra bedding, and your every day dishes. I recommend this property for anyone !

Lovely big house with plenty of space for all of us. Well-appointed rooms, and a spacious and convenient kitchen for all us foodies/cooks in the group. We appreciated there was some backyard space as well for eating outside.
