Appointed in neutral and soothing hues, the living room features beige suede seating with a sleeper sofa that surrounds a 42” flat screen TV with DVD. A glass dining table seats four, and is part of this open dual-purpose room.
With bistro swivel seating and a table, a private balcony reveals the water, wildlife and boats which moor in and out of South Beach Marina Village.
In oyster and white, the kitchen has stone flooring and every major appliance including a stacked washer and dryer.
Serene hues of blue and tan define the bedroom, showcasing a king-sized bed, TV, DVD, windows on three sides, balcony access and water views. Its bathroom has stone flooring, a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Guests have unlimited access to the Harbour Town Pool.
Only steps from the beach, this charming villa is also just a short walk to the quaint South Beach Marina Village with dining, shopping and recreation for both land and sea.
