Welcome to our centrally located Modernized Cottage, perfect for keeping your friends and family close to all the action. Plus, the beach is just a short 5 minute walk away! Newly renovated in Summer 2022.

Please bring your pillow, light blanket, towels, hygiene products, and, if you plan to cook, your own pots, pans, bowls, plates, and utensils.

Enjoy shared amenities such as a firepit, BBQs, and a yard, which are shared with other cottages on the property.

As you get ready to leave, please return the cottage to its original condition and dispose of all garbage in the designated bin.
Once you're packed and ready to go, please stop by the office to receive your security deposit.
Leaving early? drop off the key in the drop box at the office and we will return your security deposit within 72 hours of checkout (Unavailable for CASH security deposit visit office: (9am-11:am)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I understand that i was late for checkin, i even asked sorry for being late( reached at 8.32pm). I felt he was rude to me property manager was like i doesn’t take 8hr to come from blue mountains. Floors were broken which i wasn't okay with it, but you can't close the room door bed blocks it. And if you want to turn on the ac you have to open the window blinds no privacy at all. Washroom was clean and maintained well. I have recorded the room video can provide if contacted. Will never come back.

We left our stay at the Zero Cottage a day early due to extremely uncomfortable beds and an overall poor experience. The master bed was all springs, the trundles were rock hard, and the AC unit was ineffective and noisy. The cottage was not properly cleaned before our arrival, with used clothing on shelves and food in the drain. Other issues included a poorly maintained fridge, a dangerous floor hole, and a bedframe that blocked the door and caused injury. Additionally, loud outdoor music or karaoke disrupted our rest. Although the host was nice, the condition of the cottage was unacceptable, especially for our only vacation this year. We requested a partial refund and have had no response on the Verbo app. We will not return or recommend Kora Cottages. The old saying “you get what you pay for” holds true at Kora.
