Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All used dishes during stay must be put in dishwasher. Additional cleaning fees of 150$ will be charged in case of failure to abide by this rule.
No smoking tobacco/cannabis inside the property, as well as on the balcony. Cleaning fee of 300$ if smoking is detected in the home.
No parties and no outside guests/visitors permitted. NOTE: Premises under video surveillance. Outdoor cameras present for your safety.
