The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected
- Please be aware that, like many homes in Sea Isle, this house is elevated 14 feet and requires the use of stairs to access. Once inside, the main living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are on 1 level
- The seasonal community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool passes can be purchased for $100, paid on-site. Access to the pier and tennis court is included with your stay
- The use of the ladder, kayaks, and canal is at the guest’s own risk
- The cargo elevator is not available for guest use
- The boat lift is available for use with a $75 fee paid to the owner and a signed Boat Lift Use Agreement. No boats over 24 feet long, 9 feet wide, or 5,000 lbs dry weight
