Perfect. SUPER clean and brand-new appliances. Short walk to the beach, great patio to spend the evenings, and comfortable beds and furniture. Like being at home. The great room has a nice television and a big table for playing games and sharing meals. Will absolutely be back.

Needs Attention

There were several concerns in regards to the home.1. When arriving we noticed there were no trash bags, no cleaning supplies other than dish soap and no sponges to clean the dishes with.2. We have seen several roaches but only in the kitchen area. Mainly around the stove and in the cabinets surrounding the stove. We bought cleaner scrubbed the inside of the cabinets surrounding the stove in hopes of detering them. 3. The stove top is cracked. It still works, but it could get worse, and the bottom right-hand burner doesn’t cook evenly because of it. 3. The house gets in the high 70s during the day. We went and bought a box fan to put in the back bedroom because it stays hot back there. We left the there for future customers to use. I would suggest putting two window units in the home. One in the living room and one in the backroom. All other rooms stay cool. I did take the air filter out and clean it because it was dirty and not allowing air flow. It helped a little, but not much.4. The grill that was there was not operable. I went and purchased a cheap charcoal grill. It is not fancy, but it's bigger than what was there, and it will get the job done. I left it there for other customers to use.

Hi Brandon, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We take pest control seriously and have a regular service with Killim Pest Control that treats the home to prevent issues.- Our A/C unit was inspected and serviced in March and is functioning properly. Closing the front bay window shades during the day helps keep the home cooler, especially in the Texas heat.- While the stovetop does have a cosmetic crack, it remains fully operational and all burners are in working order.- We confirmed the home was stocked with essentials like trash bags, sponges, and dish soap in preparation for your stay.Thanks for letting us know about your stay.
