Beautiful, quite neighborhood provides a great get away from everyday life. Bring your boat or fish right of your own private dock, only minutes from the beach, Cold Pass and San Luis Pass.
The area is well equipped for boating and other water activities. Many guests like to rent golf carts for extra mobility through the neighborhood and on the beach. 2 car parking is available at the home. Public beach parking is available at the beach entrance.

Everything about the house, host,location was wonderful. My husband and I came down for a fishing trip. Stayed one week and decided to stay an extra day. Had a great time. The house was so comfortable inside and out! Great fish cleaning station and dock to keep our boat in the water. We look forward to many returns!

The house is adequate for what we needed. The only issue was the methane sewer gas was bad inside the house especially when the air conditioner came on. Our visit was enjoyable.

Perfect for a family getaway!

We loved this house! The location was perfect, and it had everything we needed to make this an enjoyable stay. Our family had a wonderful time fishing right from the property and across the street on the fishing dock. The fact the beach was a 4 minute drive across the street made it even better. Highly recommended!

Amazing Place to Stay!

This place was the perfect get away home! Everything was exactly like the description and it was the perfect location. We also loved that we were able to bring out dog with us. The touches of travel sized tooth paste, sunscreen, aloe vera etc. was such a nice touch! It was such a great place and we can't wait to go back!

yearly fishing trip

The house was awesome. Being able to dock the boat right behind the house was a game changer. Will never stay anywhere else when fishing in the San Luis Pass.
