The host was very pleasant and welcoming. The house has been nicely remodled and is well cared for. The kitchen is well stocked with; pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and an increadable coffee bar!The neighborhood is well established, quiet in the evenings and very walkable.The parking is a little tight but we made it work. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was very nice and clean house. Check-in and out process was easy. Loved that it was dog friendly and in a neighborhood with other dogs. Easy to walk the pups too which is a huge plus. The host was responsive with questions and concerns. Very pleased with our stay.

This sweet gem provided all the cozy comforts of our home away from home with an active vibrant countryside feel!Everything represented in the listing promo is on point! We enjoyed the convenience of walking to nearby downtown and local restaurants and stores.The local college students did not disrupt our stay even with their holiday fun.In less than 10 minutes walk, the peaceful serene atmosphere of Seneca Lake and parallel paths for walking, running and biking did not disappoint!This sweet homestay is easy to access from multiple main roadways but nestled in a friendly neighborhood for safety and privacy.We look forward to returning to Geneva NY again and highly recommend this property - Cheers!
