Gorgeously remodeled, this three-bedroom gem provides an expansive 1850 sq ft of interior living area and boasts an abundant sleeping capacity of up to nine guests. Step outside and enjoy the largest outdoor lanai on offer at the entire resort. Since this residence is located only one column back from the oceanfront, the soft sands of the world-famous Kaanapali Beach are mere steps away.

The residence comfortably accommodates up to nine guests with ample from for everyone. The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the guest bedroom offers two full-size beds. Sliding pocket doors open to reveal the third bedroom, which offers a sumptuous king-size bed as well.

Finally, the living room offers a queen-size sofa-sleeper to accommodate two more guests if needed. Two modern bathrooms have been fully renovated for a luxurious bathing experience.

Great family stay

We had a great time. We only wished there were more regular cleanings as we had 3 young kids and the apartment got messy quickly. Probably not an issue for older families.

We have stayed in the Kaanapali area before in Hotels but this was awesome with 6 people and 3 bedrooms we couldn't have found anything better we hope to come back.

Maui WOW!

Stay was amazing! I had reached out twice about a late check out but never was answered:(. The property is beautiful and great location. I do think the property could use minor repairs but I will email owner separate so they take they into consideration!

Great unit and location

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed from a cooking perspective and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Only recommendation would be more paper towels and a large dust mop to quickly sweep the floors. We loved that we could walk from the large patio to the beach in about 30 seconds! Great spot on Kaanapali beach! We appreciated the peace and quiet of the property and pool area in comparison to the larger resorts on the beach walk.

Great place

Everything was right there. I would suggest to go to Walmart by the airport. Supermarket about 2 miles away. Fantastic spot. Walk almost everywhere. Lovely grass area in front of building if you have little ones.

Great spot!

The property is really nice. Perfect location. Easy to walk to Whaler’s village for shopping and great food. The pool is smaller than the pictures and catered mostly to young families so not my teenagers favorite spot. The condo was great- spacious and very nicely remodeled. Know that the doors do not block out much noise. A plus to have laundry there but the machine does not do the greatest job. Overall, we were very happy there and would return!

PRO: 1) very short walk to beach, pool and whalers village. 2)Kitchen with plenty of cookware, utensils. 3) nice bathrooms and kitchen.4) plenty of close parking5) plenty of pool/beach towels at pool service area.CONS: 1) furniture of dining room and living room unfit for use. falling apart and not worthy of a million dollar condo. A fraternity house would turn them down. If you cover with towels maybe ok to sit on. Gross. unable to gather in dining room/living room with family all week. Hate to be a snob but if I were able to post the photos of cracked, broken and sticky sitting surfaces you would agree.2) not sure why people who rent their condos leave you 3 remotes for the main living room TV and think that just anyone can turn it on for easy viewing. No instructions available. Unable to get TV to work and use. Even had a teenager and two Gen Z twenty somethings unable to use the living room TV. Have had several VRBOs in past with same problem. If you were to call maintenance then it is fine if you just don't ever turn it off .3) Bring or rent your own chairs/umbrella to beach as not enough rental ones --we were there after Christmas so it may not always be that way. Rental company left us 4 very nice chairs but they knew we were a family of five so we had to get another if we all wanted a chair.4) ALL the interior doors of bathrooms and bedrooms were louvered--sounds traveled like no door at all. Beautiful and convenient spot for 6

Really had high expectations for this location and condo when booked, and it delivered! Ground floor was huge. Walked out to the beach every morning with coffee and took in the sunrise every day. Convenient location to Westin Maui for Luau, dining and shopping at Whalers Village, quick 10-15 mins drive to upper Lahaina for Groceries or more dining. Condo has all you need for cooking. We made breakfast every single morning, most lunches too and had 3 dinners there. Dined on Lanai for almost every meal we ate there. Property Management team was super helpful when I locked the safe and couldn’t remember the code. I was able to check out a top floor unit while there during our visit. It was nice, but 1 room less than we had and had to wait for elevators to get anywhere. Having the Lanai to walk out straight from Condo was a must have.

Nearly Perfect

Can’t go wrong with this unit and location. Large, newer, functional and convenient. Free covered parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk to all amenities and nearby resorts, restaurants and shopping. Management provides all the little necessities you normally forget to take along on vacation to include sponges, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee/filters, olive oil, salt n pepper. Only thing missing was sugar. Very clean overall except the floors could have been mopped better. We did have a broom and vacuum available and iron and board. Lots of pillows. Pull out beds were reasonably comfortable. Regular beds were excellent. ALL interior doors are louvered for ventilation but can affect privacy a bit. We had one loud snorer in the group! Not a huge deal. Excellent AC system. Overall fabulous experience! Maui Resorts Team was so friendly and professional!

Amazing property on near beach

We had an incredible time at this property. It is more gorgeous and spacious than the photos show. The location a short walk from the beach is too good to believe until you see it. Having 4 adults and 2 children in this space was perfect. The outdoor table had us enjoying two meals a day while hearing the ocean. We will be back!

Amazing

We absolutely loved the unit! It was so much more than we even needed! Huge spacious rooms with lots of living space for a family of 6. Our only downside was the view. It was just of the trees and it never got sun during the day. But the ocean and beach ends beach and stores were all within steps. The unit could have used more dishes as with my family of 6 we always had to to hand wash the dishes before the next meal as they're were not enough. It would have also been nice to have more cups as well. Very minor things though. Thank you so much for sharing your home it was a beautiful trip and many memories made for our family. Mahalo

This unit was awesome, very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was unbeatable- it was steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants at Whalers Village. The whole crew had a blast. We'll be back!

Very happy

Great location. Loved ground floor and being able to go to beach via patio (but can't lock from outside). Very quiet. We had 3 couples and plenty of room. There for a wedding and hosted 20 people for dinner at the BBQ area (most were also staying at the Ali). Also had 15 people in the condo for drinks and plenty of room. Would definately rent again.

Beautiful!!

Wow! Wow! Wow! The unit was beautifully updated and immaculate. The location was perfect. Walk out the sliding glass doors and the beach is just to your left! Pool is close too. Loved not having to wait for elevators. The beach was a beautiful WIDE sandy beach. In contrast Marriot next door has a very narrow beach. The beach chairs and umbrella in the unit were so handy thanks! Pool and beach chairs available for free too. Other resorts charge. Water sport rentals/ surf lessons available at pool kiosk or many locations along the beach. No restaurant but easy walk to restaurants next door or quick walk to Whalers village for more dining options and shopping too. Wonderful unit and location made for a great trip!

Nice unit

The unit was clean, spacious, and private. It was perfect for our 6 adults and could have had a couple more comfortably. The lanai is very private and you can walk out to beach front/lawn area but it does not open to the pool area. We did need to contact the property manager a few times, but they were very quick to respond. 3 other friends/family stayed at the Alii at the same time in other units that were booked directly through the property at lower cost. So do your homework first to decide which way gives you better value. We wanted to pick our exact unit so that is the only reason we went thru VRBO, but I think it was more expensive with the add on fees.
