Our very high quality equipped house hunters provides enough space for 8 - 10 people and is the ideal place for your holiday in Zillertal. Ideally located on the bike path Zillerpromenade In summer it is a very convenient starting point for all sorts of activities. In winter the free ski bus 50 m from the house away away and takes you within minutes to the valley station to Kaltenbach, where you will find the wonderful ski area Hochzillertal / joining. There is skiing and fun on the slopes from the summit to the valley - with the snow-covered valley, apres ski bars and Tophütten at the ski resort.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der DH-Hälfte sehr wohlgefühlt, auch weil die Raumaufteilung ausreichend großzügig gestaltet und der Garten mehr als einladend ist. Bei teilweise tollem Wetter wäre ein weiterer Sonnenschutz wie Sonnenschirm oder dergleichen sicher noch hilfreich. Auch die Qualität der Internetversorgung dürfte noch gesteigert werden.

Tolles Haus, super Lage

Ein großzügiges Haus mit genug Platz, dass man sich auch mit 9 Personen nicht ständig auf die Füße tritt. 4 min mit dem Auto zur Talstation, Skikeller mit beheiztem Stiefeldepot im Haus. Super auch mit Hund, denn das Feld und ein schöner Weg an der Ziller entlang ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Es ist alles notwendige da, vor allem genug Geschirr und Gläser, so dass man den Geschirrspüler wirklich voll machen kann ohne einmal aus der Hand zu essen :-). Ein paar mehr Haken oder Garderoben, um Jacken, Handtücher o.ä. aufzuhängen wären schön, aber das fällt mir in fast jedem Ferienhaus auf, Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite (Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für den Tipp der frühen Abreise. Der hat uns viel Stress erspart!) Die Lage in der direkten Nähe zum Bahnhof scheint erstmal etwas unruhig, aber man hört die Bahn kaum und man kann von dort ohne Auto Ausflüge starten oder sogar zum Skigebiet fahren. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und haben uns gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder angemeldet, falls es bis dahin mit der zweiten DHH klappt.

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung nahe zum Skigebiet

Die Kommunikation mit Fr. Jäger vorab sowie der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, lediglich die Decken mit einer Länge von ca. 1,80 Meter waren für die allermeisten viel zu kurz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank jedoch ziemlich klein. Im Winter konnten wir für die Getränkekühlung die Terrasse mitbenutzen. Die FeWo ist nahe am Skigebiet, jedoch muss trotzdem das Auto oder der Skibus in 300 Metern Entfernung genommen werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Insgesamt sehr gut

Das Haus war sehr gut möbliert, Möbel wirkten praktisch neu. Frau Jäger war sehr freundlich; kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Der Kühlschrank ist für die Personenzahl etwas zu klein - hier würde ein 2. Kühlschrank im Keller Abhilfe schaffen. Einzig in der Küche hätten wir uns etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht: Topfuntersetzer, Auflaufform, Topflappen… Der Internetanschluss ist sehr langsam.

Tolles Haus für 2-3 Familien

Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhige Lage, und der Garten war toll für die Kinder. Man ist direkt am Spazierweg entlang der Ziller oder aber auch nur 5 Min mit dem Auto zur Talstation Kaltenbach (es gibt auch einen Skibus ca. 5 Min zu Fuß, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben). Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet - und Frau Jäger war im Vorfeld und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer zeitnah erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Einzige Empfehlung: für die Personenanzahl könnte der Kühlschrank etwas größer (oder ein 2. im Keller) und die Küchenausstattung etwas umfangreicher sein. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Rundum Perfekt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen zunächst alles im Haus erklärt, angefangen vom Keller (Skikeller und Waschküche) über die Küche bis hin zu den Schlafräumen und zur Infrarotkabine, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Man muss insgesamt auch sagen, dass in dieser Region, die wir bisher nur von Skiurlauben kannten, eine Form der Herzlichkeit herrscht, die man nicht überall findet und von denen sich der eine oder andere eine große Scheiben abschneiden könnte. Später hat sich Frau Jäger auch noch sehr viel Zeit genommen, um uns sehenswerte Fahrradtouren zu beschreiben und andere Aktivitäten vorzuschlagen. Im Vorfeld haben wir zwar schon einige Dinge im Internet recherchiert und ausführliche Pläne für den Aufenthalt geschmiedet. Es ist aber immer hilfreich, Tipps von Einheimischen zu bekommen, da sie genau wissen, zu welcher Zeit und bei welchem Wetter an den diversen Orten mit welchem Verkehr oder Touristenansturm zu rechnen ist. Insgesamt waren diese zehn Tage ein absoluter Erfolg, zumal es das Wetter auch gut mit uns gemeint hat. Wir persönlich haben diesen Ort in die Kategorie "Da müssen wir nochmal hin" eingestuft.
