There is nothing “deluxe” about this listing. Unfortunately, when you book through VRBO/Red Awning, you don’t actually get what you see in these photos! We got a “peek-a-boo” ocean view, nothing like what you see here. The pros: best location right on Cabbage Beach which is by far the most stunning beach on the island, very small place which means less people, great beach bar grill, very friendly staff, great AC, comfortable beds, spacious living room and primary bedroom. Cons: Rm #29 had issues with literally no water pressure (maintenance said it was “normal”), dishwasher didn’t clean because of NO WATER PRESSURE, fridge made a loud howling sound that woke us multiple times each night (again, had to get maintenance involved but did not fix the issue). If you’re going to book here, do it directly through the hotel so you can inquire about the exact room you’re getting because this is “deluxe ocean view” listing with these pictures is a total lie.
