'Eastpoint 4' is a three bedroom, two bathroom town house only a few minutes walk to Clarkes Beach and 5-10 minutes in town.

The perfect property for the extended family or adult group looking for space, peace, privacy and a fabulous location. You will love being close enough to walk to Clarkes Beach, The Beach Cafe and the Top Shop (a well-kept local secret for brilliant coffee, breakfasts and lunches).

This beautiful light and bright relaxed beach villa offers 2 queen beds and 2 singles. A generous open plan living area spills out into a private tropical courtyard, perfect for an evening meal under the stars or relaxing after a day at the beach.

There is a 2nd TV to the ground floor front sunroom which can serve as a second living space. This will allow the little ones to relax and watch TV in quiet, away from the main living area. The property is fully fenced and secure so you can relax with young children.

There are two spacious bathrooms, three toilets and a fully functional laundry.

Experience the unique atmosphere of Byron’s town centre. Close to everything Byron has to offer, including a variety of restaurants, cafes and boutiques right on your doorstep. The pristine beaches of Byron Bay are only a short leisurely stroll from your holiday accommodation.

Available for longer stays, a home office away from home!

Please note a security bond is required. We have a strict no party policy. This property is fully self-contained and is not serviced. You will need to bring your own amenities, beach towels and food. For cot hire, high chairs or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire.
