Our "Villa Kamal" is located in the lovely southeast Cape Coral and on a saltwater canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks and gas stations are in a short distance.
Our Villa Kamal offers first class living pleasure at 2,326 square feet of living area. The vacation villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has been furnished very beautifully and exclusively with great attention to detail. The open-floor plan of the house will inspire you. The large, bright living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen are connected as a unit and are separated from the living area only by a wide counter. In addition the Villa Kamal offers a small office. Large glass sliding doors provide plenty of light and allow a nice view to the vanishing edge saltwater pool which is facing south. The terrace invites with a lounge area, sun loungers and a large umbrella as well as other comfortable seating around the pool to relax and unwind. A gas barbecue grill is also available.
Right behind the house you will find a private boat deck where a rented boat can be docked. Hence you can start your daily boat trips directly from the vacation villa.
Enjoy the tropical climate of Cape Coral, while you relax by the pool, visit the beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach or explore the famous canals of Cape Coral by boat.
