This is a new private legal basement suite in a serene and quiet community; surrounded by parks, trails, shopping malls, various dinning options and proximity to Spruce Meadows, Sikome Lake, and Fish Creek Provincial Park. The space is about three minutes walk to the bus stop and about five minutes drive to the C-train station.

The space is also close to banks, restaurants, swimming pools, bicycle paths, library, and cinemas and it is within three minutes access to Stoney Trail (ring road) which can take you to Bragg Creek, Banff, Lake Louise, and many more places.

This was a great place to stay! Instructions were clear and the host was accommodating and responded quickly. Everything was clean and I had everything I needed to prepare meals in well stocked kitchen. I would recommend adding a photo of the the bedrooms as for a quick moment I thought there was no bedroom and had mentally prepared to sleep on the couch! There are two bedrooms with queen beds!
