Minutes from Cedar Point, Kalahari, Sports Force Park, Summit Race, Island Ferry. Thomas Edison birthplace in Milan OH.

Off street parking, Private backyard. Arcade game with 300 built in games for unlimited fun. Central air conditioning. Full kitchen, separate dining area. First floor bedroom has a queen size bed. 2 upstairs bedrooms has 1 queen and 1 full beds in each bedroom. Washer and dryer that guests can use laundry detergent is provided. Main living area includes smart tv and wifi.

Communication with the host was great, but the house itself had a smell to it and didn’t seem very clean (we swept up pet hair from the floor that didn’t belong to us). We also had cop cars with sirens on the road twice during the night. We decided to go home vs. stay for our second night. The pictures posted make the place look in better shape than reality. Overall, it met our needs, but I would not stay here again.

I normally do not write reviews, but my family and I were very disappointed with this home during our Cedar Point trip. The listing felt misleading because the house was not clean, comfortable, or well maintained. When we arrived, there was a strong musty smell in the kitchen. The home appeared to have possible water damage, and I was concerned there could be mold or moisture issues affecting the safety of the property. There we also a crack and lump in the kitchen ceiling, which made the water damage concerns worse. The master bedroom had carpenter ants, and their presence made us even more uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness was poor. The bathroom had smudges, there was dust throughout the house, cracks in the walls, and stained furniture. My kids would not even sit in the arcade chair, and only one person in our family felt comfortable enough to shower. I have booked several homes before and have never seen one this poorly kept. The condition of the home also made me question whether the towels and sheets were truly clean. Clean linens and properly sanitized spaces are basic guest safety expectations. For the price paid, the home should have been in much better condition. I was worried about bugs all night, my husband slept fully dressed, and my kids chose to stay on the couch because no one felt comfortable. I am rating it a 2 instead of a 1 only because the owner communicated well. This home needs major cleaning and repairs before it should continue hosting.

Perfect home for a family stay.

Plenty of room to sleep and able to control the temperature of each room upstairs and main level. WiFi fast, room for kids to play in backyard and kitchen fully stocked.

in town for wedding

We were in town for a wedding and decided to try this instead of one of the local hotels. The communication was great with the property owner and the property was cleaned and perfect for a quick night stay.

The host was very helpful with any questions i had and we was able to check in early with no extra charges. Directions was accurate. The property is mins within many restaurants, grocery stores and about a 20 min drive to cedar point. The house is plenty big enough for a group of friends or a family of 5. I had mentioned i enjoy an evening fire and he had fire wood every night i was there.

Perfect Little House

This was the perfect little house for our weekend. The house has what you need, the beds are very comfortable. The arcade games are a fun addition. A place to sleep

Just needed a place to sleep. Bed was clean and comfortable. My husband did enjoy the arcade games! And The Freight House has awesome food just a minute away..best cheese curds ever!!!!

Little gem in Norwalk

This was our second stay here and it’s the perfect place for us while visiting family. Easy check in process and the owner is so helpful. Added bonus….We all love the video games! The kids were excited for our second stay because they remembered the house with the games:) This will be our home away from home visiting family from now on.

Perfect choice

I booked this house for its central location due to a fishing trip. It was my husband, son, my father and my brother in law and they were extremely pleased with the amenities, the location, and just the general comfort of the property. Highly recommend. Communication with owner/manager was so smooth and responsive.

Close to beach stay

Good place! The property was as described in the listing. Pros: Lots of space, good amenities, grill, private backyard, driveway parking, secure space, comfortable, family friendly, close to stores and food. Cons: Could have been a bit cleaner, it was a bit dusty and had cobwebs around. Overall: We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Had everything we needed.

Just off main drag so convenient yet still quiet...just needed an overnight with Grandkids after long day at Cedar Point...hence- video games a hit...would not recommend for your basketball squad as 2nd story ceiling a little low..worked for us!

Property was cute and seasonally decorated. Kids and husband enjoyed the arcade game! Beds were comfortable. Would recommend washing bath rugs in between guests. Excellent communication and easy to find! Thank you!!

Home before my home!

Everything from start to finish worked out swimmingly!!! Great Host....very accommodating, timely etc....Steve worked well with my Mother n law in making sure she had a roof over her head while she waited to be able to get in to her new home!!

Close to the track

The electric outside grill was awesome! It looked small, but we sure loaded it up! The fire pit was nice, but be sure to bring your own wood. The kitchen was adequate. Bring your own Ziploc bags, saran wrap, and foil. The race track was only 10 minutes away! What a timesaver this place was! And the arcade games are definite plus! Great communication with the host!
