This is a charming house in a classic, older neighborhood very close to downtown Glenwood. It is a block off of Grand Avenue so it feels private and is very quiet. The house is super clean and had everything that we needed for a great stay. Under 5 minutes to the Hot Springs and just a couple of blocks from the grocery. Just an outstanding location and our hosts were great. Questions were answered in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended!

This house is as advertised. Appears small from the front, but is spacious and suited our family of 5 perfectly. Nice quiet street, walkable to downtown & even to the N side of the river (via crosswalk, to hot springs, etc.). Glenwood Springs is our new favorite mountain town! It is beautiful, has lots of active pursuits, and many unique offerings (hot springs, Doc Holliday). Flexible and responsive host; great value. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great place to stay! We had an issue with the AC unit and the owner addressed it immediately. He sent someone over and it was fixed when we got back from being out for the day. It was nice to have a separate sleeping area in the basement with a bathroom since we had two families staying there. The house is within walking distance to everything downtown.

The size of the house was perfect for our family. We had all the kitchen items necessary to cook our meals. Nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. Appreciated having towels specifically to take to the Hot Springs. It was a short walk to downtown and close to grocery store. I would definitely consider renting this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location was ideal. We walked to dinner, the hot springs, and the grocery store. The home was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, lots of linens, many movies, and games to keep everyone entertained. Josh was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Glenwood Springs. Thank you Josh!

Nice large place to stay

This 3 bed 2 bath is well stocked, the kitchen has ample plates and silverwear, the cook wear is top notch. You can host a small family reunion here.
