Loved the location of our condo and it was perfect for our girls trip. But the master bath had a jacuzzi in it and not a shower so we all had to use the guest bathroom shower, which needs a new door on it. It was a great condo but it really needs both bathrooms remodeled. We will definitely go back to Navarre!! Beach, water and local restaurants were all wonderful!!

The property was clean. The condo itself was in need of some TLC. Huge improvements are needed in the bathrooms; sheetrock repairs and paint is needed. The sofa needs a serious cleaning. To compensate for this, there are great views, a nice kitchen, large living room TV and comfortable beds. The unit is reasonably priced but the fees, required insurance, cleaning and taxes doubled my three night stay. With all if that said I would give it a 3 star rating

Right on the beach and ready to go including everything I need. Although it is advertised as someone’s “home away from home” it felt more like some one’s investment rental property. It does contain everything you need with plenty of plush amenities, but the fit and finish details of a recent remodel lacked the “this is where my family stays” feel. It doesn’t matter, great for kids, the bedroom is perfectly suited for kids, shared shower in the guest bathroom, large tub only in master bedroom. Board games, cooking, WiFi (no longer what is written in the rental agreement, it uses the default printed on the WiFI router on the tables also contributing to the fact the owners don’t “stay here” as advertised as they’d know this and fixed it or updated the rental agreement with the new passcode code). I certainly would stay here again. Ceiling fan in master bedroom would be nice. Just set the A/C fan to On so it stays running at night then back auto as you wake.

Thank you for the 5-star rating! So glad Sundunes 163 was right on the beach and had everything you needed. We appreciate your detailed feedback about the remodel feel and the outdated Wi‑Fi passcode — we will verify the router info and update the rental agreement/listing. Thanks also for the ceiling fan suggestion and the A/C tip; we’ll pass those along to the owner/maintenance team. Glad you’d stay again — we look forward to welcoming you back to Sundunes 163.

Perfect vacation spot!

Our condo was a great place for our family of 6 to stay during our trip to Navarre. We enjoyed the location, the ease of walking straight out to the beach, and the amenities in our condo. Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Clean and wonderfully stocked. Location was perfect . Gulf views were absolutely stunning. It was very low key and we had a great stay. Close to local restaurants as well. Stephanie was amazing and helped with recommendations for dining and activities. I will definitely be back.

Simple, Clean, Best Location

If you're looking for clean, simple, and low crowds, this is it !!! No frills, just simple and clean. Property manager was the tops, so helpful. Loved the jacuzzi tub in master bath, after a hot day on the beach. Convenient places to eat, shops and grocery stores...even a Walmart. You won't be disappointed.

Location provides peace and quiet from the crowding near the pier. Facility is well maintained and up to date. Ample parking. Carts for use when hauling items up/down elevator. Outside water hose and shower to rinse off when coming off beach. We will be back!

Well worth the money

Over the years, I've booked many condos along the Gulf Coast, but for the money, this was my very favorite. Though not fancy or extravagant, the unit was clean, comfortable, well equipped and the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico were as beautiful from this location as from the most expensive homes on the beach. I will most definitely consider this unit again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation on a reasonable price.

Pensacola Beach Properties the “Host” does not use VRBO platform to communicate. I booked the property in February for May stay and although they would respond when I contacted them through VRBO anything they initiated prior to check in was via a text message from number that was not the listed number for the host and did not contain any information that clearly indicated was concerning my stay. I will not be using this host again. The condo was not clean. Strong musky smell. The HVAC unit was exposed. Crumbs in the microwave. Paint peeling on ceiling in bathroom. The condo also had visible poor repairs to ceiling and walls in main bedroom. This property is poorly maintained.

No shower in the master bath

We loved the location of this property, and the peoperty conpany was great to deal with. But, there is no shower in the master bedroom, and the only shower is very small. The TV in the living room was also flashing the whole time we were there. We like this part of Navarre, but we wouldnt stay in this unit again.

Great beach and nice accommodations

The beach is amazing and just a short trek from the condo. Amazing view from the balcony. Very quiet and relaxing. The condo was clean and had plenty of dishes and cooking ware. The only downside was that online it states there are 2 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards. There are NOT! We decided not to bring these to save space in the car, only to find out there was just 1 beach chair and no boogie boards for our kids. The office mgr was super friendly and provided some local info and great suggestions. Will definitely come back!!!

Great Vacation

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool. It was the perfect size and very safe at a max of 5ft. It was also never crowed. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. It was a super easy walk. So easy to go back and forth when the kids got hungry or wanted to do something different. Great view and unlike other places we saw closer to the pier you didn't have to rent an umbrella or stake out your spot...there was almost always room in the front row regardless of when we went down to the beach (visited early June). Kids loved the full size bunk beds. Everything you needed was provided, including dishwashing detergent, coffee, dishes, and any appliances you would need for cooking and eating there. Great stay. I highly recommend it!

Overall….the unit was nice. It was small, which was hard to tell from the original photos. It needs some work however. The door to the laundry pantry was broken, and looked as if it had been that way for a while. The dryer was not sitting on top of the washing machine, and was not level. The refrigerator ice maker was inop or not hooked up. No shower in master bathroom. The elevator was broken for two days, so We did not stay there after the first night. We rented a house instead. It basically sucked, and we will not stay there again. S

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We have taken your feedback and adjusted the guest experience accordingly! We’d like to clarify that the photos and listing description accurately reflect the unit’s size, layout, and amenities, including the soaking tub. While the elevator is a shared building amenity outside our control, we appreciate your comments as they help us continue improving the guest experience.

First timers in Navarre

Definitely paying for the view in this unit!! Stunning view, right on beach, easy access, good parking. Loved having good carts to carry belongings via elevator to the unit. Unit is dated, could use a few improvements, upgrades, and maintenance. Examples, TP holder falling completely out of wall, toilet runs, no light bulb in microwave, ice maker was clogged, spackle left on ceiling unpainted, beach chairs heavily stained. All items reported to property manager; however none required an emergency during our stay and we requested for them to wait till we left. Every person at management company was pleasant and professional.
