Great place to Stay

Check-in process was simple and easy. Kitchen had everything you needed. We've stayed at The Palms many of times this is a great unit to stay in. Great place to stay.We will definitely be staying in this unit again

The location was great close to everything, best part was the dolphin show all day long from the balcony. We had planned on doing a dolphin cruise but with all the dolphin activity right at the condo we didnt need to.

Great location, easy access to public beach. Literally across the street. The community pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The condo has everything you need, the beds were comfortable and the balcony is perfect! The check in/out procedures were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in the area!!

I would stay here again. Check in was easy. the condo was nice, clean and big. The only down side was the second bedroom. If you close the door even with the ceiling fan on, it gets a bit stuffy in there. We had to leave the bedroom door open to circulate the air. Otherwise, I had no complaints.

Great location. Next to Publix for groceries, a cross the street from the beach, 3 minutes to Ricky T’s! Note: you cannot gain access or even try your door code prior to 3pm. Not even 10 minutes. You will get locked out after 3 tries.Note: king bed is very hard and Queen bed is very soft. We made it work but it may bother some. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable living room furniture. Nice big balcony overlooking the Bay. Overall, great stay and we would stay again!

View was great. Only thing we could complain about is that the shower in master bedroom did not drain completely. Wasn't horrible but still. My husband couldn't sleep because he kept hearing a humming noise in the bedroom at night.....but I thought it was a great condo. Great location....great access to the gulf. Pretty expensive thru VRBO though. I would go again. Close to everything.

Over all our stay was amazing! The room was comfy and clean! Needs some attention on the fine details like caulking and drainage in the showers but otherwise wonderful! The balcony view is perfection! We saw so many dolphins and a shark! The kids loved it! The walk to the beach is short but the beach is a long sandy walk from road to ocean which leaves plenty of room for everyone to have their own spot and not crowd you but come prepared with a good beach cart! The convince of Publix and ice cream was a huge bonus!!

Was awesome. Comfortable beds, pool was great .Beach walk was easy. Only thing was advertised beach chairs ( which we have stayed there many times) different condos. Just wouldn’t advertise the chairs there as beach chairs. They are camping chairs once got sand in them couldn’t break down. Finally YouTube how to, the guy said a Mallet and WD40. Ended up getting one broke done. Just carried them back up. So just remember May have to purchase chairs. Small complaint to amazing place.
