This house was wonderful! The pictures looked nice online, but the finishes inside and the views from the back porches exceeded our expectations! We could see Assateague Island, the bay, the lighthouse, and beautiful flocks of birds from the porches. The peacefulness of the home and quietness of the area was a highlight for our families. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils for all our cooking needs and beyond. We would be grateful to have a chance to stay in this new house again!

Stay was good, wish some extra toilet paper and paper towels were supplied. We did also have one issue but contacted the company as soon as we came across the problem but situation wasnt handled right away

Pros: the house is brand new, spacious, clean, and had plenty of space. It is beautifully decorated.The kitchen is extremely well stocked, it even has a spice drawer. Nicest pots and pans I’ve ever seen in a rental property. Games and books were a nice touch. The views from the back deck are truly spectacular.Cons: this was our first trip so we did not understand the layout of the island, but the house is isolated at the southern end. There is a marina and a massive RV park right next-door, but that is it. The house feels out of place.I was VERY disappointed with the rental company… There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or in the kitchen. We were given two tiny bars of soap for our entire party so we had to keep carrying them from bathroom to bathroom. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash or washing machine soap/pods.We were given three rolls of toilet paper when there are four bathrooms in the house. There were no cushions on the porch furniture, which was never addressed.For a luxury rental (with a luxury price tag) I expect the basics, soap to wash your hands and toilet paper in every bathroom, soap for each shower, and just a starter bottle of shampoo. I have stayed in far more modest accommodations with much better service in this regard. They were prompt to respond, but made no effort to improve the situation.

We provide a starter amenity bag that includes items such as trash bags, a few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, a trial size of dish detergent, etc. for all guests, but this is just to help guests get settled in before determining if they'll need more for their stay. We don't include shampoo, body wash, etc. at this time, but will keep your feedback in mind as we prepare for future seasons
