Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Ideally located just 500m from Sunrise Beach, this beautifully presented townhouse is the perfect ingredient for your Noosa getaway.

The floor plan is spread over 2 levels. The ground floor boasts a spacious, air-conditioned living area, modern fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is also a sunny rear courtyard which is ideal for BBQ's and a covered front patio to unwind and relax.
The upper level comprises of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, stylish bathroom and a small loft area.

The townhouse is part of a boutique complex of 7 units with access to a lovely, shared pool to cool off in the Summer months. Car parking is easy with off-street parking at the rear of the complex.

Sunrise Beach is a leisurely 500m stroll away, along with the local cafe - Chalet & Co. Noosa Junction, Noosa Main Beach and National Park, Hastings Street and Sunshine Surf Club are all within a short drive.
