We came up for the UD family weekend. It was perfect for hosting large dinners with our daughter and her friend’s families. Plenty of room to relax and the game room was a hit.

Spacious and Clean

This was the perfect rental for our marathon stay. The home was inviting, clean, and comfy. The back yard was the perfect oasis for ending our days. The kids loved the game room (garage area) and the location was central to everything.

The house and property was close to flawless . The house and beautiful pool was clean and well maintained and the outside fire pit was a bonus. The location was close to shopping but in a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it to others.

Super clean, super friendly managment, very well rwnovated and organised space, awesome pool and the bonus of the game room. This house had everything we needed for our 10 day stay in Dayton Ohio. The fact that it is in a walking distance to a park and a large shopping center was also really beneficial. I highly recommend staying in this house when in Dayton Ohio.

My husband and I loved this property. It was lovely and comfortable. The home was spacious and very family-friendly.One observation: there is a school around the corner, and the pick-up/drop-off line runs right in front of the home. Therefore, if you stay Monday-Friday while school is in session, it can be challenging to leave the driveway, especially in the morning. The home itself was very clean and comfortable; however, I rated the cleanliness a 4/5 due to pet excrement found in the backyard. We understand that spring is the time when missed messes are found; therefore, it did not affect our enjoyment.

The stay would have been 5 stars but upon check-in they had a crew there working around the yard mowing and in the pool area from 4pm and trimming the bushes, etc. So we drove by and decided to get dinner and come back. When we got back around 5:30/6, they were still there working until 7:30. If they would have done the pool area first instead of the yard we could have used it while they were still there, but they chose to do the pool area at the end. The owner was not willing to compensate us for not being able to fully use the property at check-in time and only offered a bottle of wine and snacks dropped off which we begrudgingly accepted over nothing. Having that not done before check-in is no different than having the cleaning people still there at check-in time, which would be unacceptable. When you a rent a VRBO, you are supposed to get full access at check-in time. My daughter and wife were rather upset we couldn't really use the pool on day 1 and had minimal time with it at all before my daughter's bedtime. Maybe just some bad luck and timing by them and their yard crew but still left a sour taste first thing.Besides that, the rest of the stay went off as smooth as possible and the property was just as advertised.

From the owner: "Thank you for your thoughtful review and for noting that the property was just as advertised and that the rest of your stay went smoothly. We appreciate you sharing where things could have been better.- We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by yard maintenance during your check-in time, and we understand how this impacted your first afternoon at the pool.- The timing was an unusual overlap due to same-day departures and a busy peak-season schedule, but we recognize that guests expect full access to all amenities upon arrival.- We appreciate your patience and acceptance of the wine and snacks provided, and your feedback will help us work with our service teams to better coordinate in the future. We’re glad the remainder of your stay went well and hope you enjoyed your time with family. Thank you again for your feedback."

We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties this year and this one was by far the best! The only complaint I have is that the water (including from the refrigerator) doesn’t taste good. A Brita pitcher with water or bottles of water for guests would be nice. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The home was fully stocked with anything we would need during our stay including towels, shoes and toys for the pool, kitchen accessories, first aid kit, fans, iron and ironing board, laundry soap and toiletries. We used the pool in between rain showers and really enjoyed the game room. If we travel back to this area and need a place to stay, we will definitely choose this property again!!

We stayed here with 5 of our grandkids ages 7-13. They loved the pool every evening. The house is extremely clean with adequate furniture throughout. My 2 suggestion are a few more cooking items and the lawn needs to be cut and trimmed better (or maybe we were there right before the mowing was to be done.)
