Completely updated in 2018-Home away from home- Corner location - Vacation Rental 114 is a GOLD rated, three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 1st-floor (not ground level) vacation rental has delightful contemporary décor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. 114 offers a full size, newly updated, fully-equipped kitchen complete with adjacent wine bar area and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 1 king in the 3rd bedroom. This corner condo also offers a smaller, second balcony on the east side of the building. Washer/Dryer. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.

The condo was PERFECT for our needs!! From the kitchen to the baths, the updates were beautiful. We all loved hanging around the dining table or the outdoor table to play games. We loved the balcony, saw dolphins in the mornings. The convenience of the pool and beach could not be beat. It was very family oriented; our grandkids made friends for the week and everyone was friendly and welcoming. There was nothing not stocked here. The host makes sure you want for nothing (except fresh produce & air!) Highly recommend!!!
