CAR PARK ACCESS

Height Restriction: 2.1 metres

The onsite parking fee is $60 per night with unlimited entry and exit however, it is subject to availability and needs a reservation prior arrival/check-in date.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check in will be done by the Reception Team. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.

No Party Policy

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200

As of the moment, No night staff from 3:30 AM – 9 AM, every day. Please let us know your arrival time so can arrange an after-hours check-in.
