Family beach vacay

Our family of 4 thoroughly our visit to Gulf Shores. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, updated, included everything we needed, is right on the beach, and in a great location in Gulf Shores. I am very happy I selected this property for our stay.

FABULOUS!

This condo was fabulous in so many ways! We were amazed with all the “extras” that aren’t usually included, i.e., laundry detergent and fabric softener, beach chairs and towels, modern washer/dryer, toilet paper, a Keurig coffee-maker and various types of coffee pods, and lots of TV streaming services. The unit was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Island Tower is right on the beach where there is a beach service right there. The beach service people set up our chairs and umbrellas and checked on us periodically throughout the day to see if we needed anything. Lots of food fare within walking distance. The owner was available for contact and could not have been nicer! We had an amazing vacation and would rent again!! Thank you Will and Anne!

Amazing condo with exceptional hosts

This condo has everything you could want at a place. The hosts definitely thought of the little details. They were easy to communicate with and offered a special touch for our stay. The location has a beautiful view. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony each morning and watching the dolphins.

Awesome Vacation!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The owner/manager did a wonderful job of communication and providing extra "stuff" like toilet paper, paper towels etc. The location was just perfect! The unit was perfect for shopping, restaurants etc. We will be back!

Exceeds expectations! Besides the view, location, and accommodations being top-notch, the owners Annie and David have provided everything you could possibly need... from towels and beach gear to coffee and Tervis cups. We loved it here so much we booked again, and enjoyed both stays tremendously! Our fave!!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights while I was recouping from a medical procedure. The condo was beautifully appointed ...looked brand new! Every convenience needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. Breathtaking views from the balcony that runs the length of the condo. Would highly recommend! . The views are breathtaking

This condo exceeded our expectations! We will hopefully stay here again in the future. If I had to give the property owners one suggestion, it would only be ONE thing - add shades to the windows in the beachside bedrooms!

Best Vacation Yet!

We had a wonderful time! We saved so much money not having to buy chairs, or umbrellas or even beach towels! I’ve been places where you had to buy your own trash bags and this condo had everything! It was updated and just beautiful. Thank you all so much!

Preferred curtains in front bedroom. Pool was on the small size. Very family friendly oriented area. Every thing was great with all the little things you needed in the condo. Safe area for parking and easy access to condo. Good stay!!

Best trip

We went for my son 9th birthday and he had a blast!!! The pool was a nice temperature for my infant that doesn’t like the beach. We had a minor issue with one tv but Anne quickly had it resolved and replied back quickly. We will definitely be back sooner than later.

Paradise at Gulf Shores.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The unit was just as we hoped. Everything was clean and comfortable. Anne was so thoughtful with all the extra touches and well stocked supplies. We truly could have come with nothing but our clothes and wanted for nothing. The balcony was our favorite. It was so comfortable. We had all our meals there, played board games and cocktails every night while enjoying the incredible view!

Absolutely wonderful!

This condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in. We have spent many years in Gulf Shores/ Orange beach area. Very well decorated and comfortable beds. Lots of room. Even the furniture on the balcony was wonderful. They go above and beyond others on amenities available, which is very helpful. Cannot wait to return! Have to add… it always hold a special place in this momma’s heart… my son got engaged on the beach ❤️ was a complete surprise to me and one I had wished for! Annie and David..Thank you for sharing.

Comfy beds, great view, wonderful host!

We loved our stay! The host was always super quick to respond and very helpful. The view was beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the water pressure is amazing! The only feedback we have is some sort of window treatments for the windows as a 5 AM sun wake up call with small kids is very early! Another note when considering how much to pack: one of the elevators went out almost every day we were there, so there was only one working elevator for 75+ condos/ 26 floors. On the last day, we had to take 4 trips down and up 12 flights of stairs as the condo was down to one elevator again. Busy check out day and long waits!

Don’t stay here

Don’t stay here. The owners spy thru their ring camera. They took still pics and sent them to me. They kicked us out on day 3. Then they kept texting me after we already left harassing me and accusing us of petty things. They told us to leave because on of our kids were flicking the ring camera. Although they have a nice place I would not be surprised if they have hidden cameras.

Family getaway

This was my family’s first trip to Gulf Shores and this condo was more than great. Amenities and items provided were way above average and super clean too. The only negative was no shades for the balcony rooms for people who can sleep in (not me) and the 2nd master bed was uncomfortable but not terrible…just hot from the mattress covers and not quite firm enough for my back. Location is great and beach was wonderful and the view from the large balcony is amazing. When they say they provide beach towels and umbrellas, they do. There’s plenty and no need for you to bother with bringing your own like we did. Lol. Just bring your clothes, food and drinks and you should be set. Annie was great to deal with and we look forward to coming back some day!

Great family vacation

This condo is beautifully furnished, and located right on the beach. The patio is perfect for meals, relaxing, and watching the water. Everything we needed was provided. This was our second stay, and I’m sure we will be back again.

Amazing!

This condo was the nicest condo I have ever stayed in! It is so beautiful and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. It was super clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. I couldn’t believe how many amenities were provided. Anne and her husband were so friendly and super quick at responding to any issue we had. If you are looking for the perfect getaway spot for you and your family, this is it. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful but annoying

The condo was excellent and the amenities were over the top. Only thing you needed to bring was food and drinks. The building was being painted and extensive drilling and chipping of the exterior concrete was almost non stop for three days of our stay The contractor worked from 7:30AM until dark seven days a week. The owner of the unit had no idea of the noise they were making and no control of this. I would highly recommend not staying in any property that is under a major upgrade until it is complete. Anne the owner did everything possible to make our stay pleasant.

Island Tower 1202

Fantastic!! Couldn’t have asked for more. David and Anne were there for every question we had. And supplied pretty much everything we needed. The condo was top notch. Great views, fantastic furnishings, and beautiful in and out. Definitely a 5 star place. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be in touch to stay agin the future.
