So my son’s graduation weekend started off as a nightmare with the first house we booked being inhabitable. I was in a panic because I had grandparents & great aunts and uncles coming in from Texas. In a pinch I messaged the host of this property. They were able to accommodate all of us & the property was perfect! It was clean, plenty of room & the perfect property for us. The host was so responsive. This property and host made what started off awful into amazing memories!!!! I highly recommend!!

Yikes beware! Property is a block away from homeless outreach center. We had an audience of unhoused neighbors while on the front porch. Checking in was a nightmare and the incorrect instructions and multiple lockboxes made it feel like an escape room. My mom with leukemia and oxygen had to sit on the porch for 45 minutes during checking in. Women checking in should not do so after dark. We found an arlo camera plugged in the bedroom, yikes! Still not sure who has our movie. The stove did not work and we were planning to cook our meals. Paravicinis failed a health inspection along with trails end so this was a problem!! We were never provided with a correct codes for the trash gate. None of the beds or pillows had protective coverings, ewww! Unit c smells of sewage. We messaged multiple times asking where the 6th bedroom or 4th bedroom was located. That message was sent multiple times and ignored every single time. The kids found multiple x-rated games that led to some interesting discussions and possibly future therapy. The property is managed by hoste and we were told the reason the stove or lock problems were not addressed is because maintenance is off on the weekends. I wish I would of known this was not managed by a person with a name. Cream on the coffee bar was all curdlThe communication with hoste was very disappointing! I was given a 450 cleaning refund on a 4 night booking that was over 5000. I have never stayed at a property with such many issues left unaddresed!

Had issues with checking in to two of the houses with the door code and locks. We got the issue resolved but took a bit to get it resolved. The back courtyard worked great for all families getting together and keeping the kids where we could see them. It worked out great having the families all in one area but separate spaces.

We booked this property specifically for the hot tub and after the cancellation period had passed, found out the hot tub was no longer available to be used. There was no discount given.The check in process was a nightmare and we weren't able to get any real help until the day after we we're supposed to check have checked in. This property is managed by Hoste and they seem to outsource their customer service number, so communication was poor.The air conditioner was broken and the wifi didn't work for the first two days we were there.I asked for a refund for one night's stay and was refunded less than the price of one night. The only communication I had with anybody was through the chat messenger on VBRO. We were very disappointed in our experience.
