Place was clean and cool, no need of ac in summer not sure how cold it is inside during winter. Nice brand new place however host never gave us emergency contact number, only messages through expedia and sometimes it takes a day before he/she reply. luckily no emergency during our stay. Also, Make sure you ask for the house number before you arrive.

The suite was in the basement and on the side of the house to get in. One thing I noticed no windows, only in the bedroom. The couch could only fit 2 people, my suggestion would be to get a wrap around leather couch for more comfort.No instructions for television which was frustrating. Everything was very clean and snacks were provided. Mattress was very soft but comfortable. Host was available when I had questions. It fit our needs for the short time we were there.
