- The attic bedrooms can get warm in summer. AC units and fans are provided—please turn them on for comfort and airflow.

- There are two flights of stairs within the apartment - one to access the main upper level, one to access the 2 bedrooms on the attic level.

- The house is situated on a so there's traffic noise.

- The house has only 1 full bathroom.
