BEDROOM:
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen, along with ample wardrobe space for your luggage. A Samsung Frame TV with access to live TV is also provided, allowing you to relax and enjoy your favourite programs from the comfort of bed.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
• fridge/freezer
• stovetop
• oven
• crockery and cutlery
• dishwasher

A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a projector with Chromecast. You’re welcome to log into your own Netflix, YouTube, or other streaming accounts during your stay.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

PARKING:
The residential garage can accommodate one car. Paid street parking is available on the slip road in front of the building and along Mort Street.

OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
