Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove trash daily and place in bench outside front entrance. Leave used towels in the tubs of the bathrooms used please.
Guests will need to provide names of those driving vehicles through the access gate. please message us the names of all driving so we can ensure proper access.
Pool heat - pool heat is available at an additional cost of $35 dollars per day *spa will not heat without pool heat.

The house, the pool, arcade was all as advertised. Very very good. Couple small issues and Steve looked after pronto. Hope to stay there again. A great two weeks.

Property is great plenty of rooms and everything was clean. The gameroom was great. The small a/c unit wasn’t cooling it though but the host said he was gonna get that taken care of. There was issues with the pool access but the host quickly took care of that also. Do note that you cannot take anything into the club pool areas to eat or drink and it is very expensive to eat and drink there. All of the staff at Champions gate are super nice and helpful.

We visited Orlando to celebrate a milestone anniversary for my parents and the house was wonderful for our reunion. The themed rooms were so much fun as was the game room and movie room. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessities. We were a group of 12 and everyone raved about it. Steve was an excellent host and very responsive to my inquiries. We can’t say enough about it and were able to enjoy a wonderful week with my siblings and parents.

Champions Gate offers all there is needed with all amenities close to the home, With your stay you will have full access to 2 outdoor pools , lazy river , splash pad, gym, theater , arcade, cabanas, restaurant and indoor/outdoor bar. All while enjoying the security of a gated community , close to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.
