This is a small apartment with most of what a traveler need for a small family or group of friends: This is not a Luxury grandiose apartment, but a small but compete neat apartment close to everything . This is about 5 minutes to downtown Buffalo, 12 minutes to Niagara Fall US, 25 mn (without trafic) to Niagara Fall Canada,This is small family settings 4 minutes walk distance from Buffalo State University. This is not at all a party house since it can only tale up to six peoples. Small living area with love seat where to relax and watch TV. A bar style eating area with 6 high chairs 2 in each side. Kitchen, stove and microwave for your convenience. A very small bathtub with a shower. Window AC in each room with the master bedroom with a ceiling fan along with a TV mounted on the wall.Central heating system in summer ... On parking spot right in front of the apartment.Very neat place to stay while visiting the region. Also a walk distance to restaurants and bars in Niagara street.7 minutes driving distance to major hospitals (Children, general, Mercy, milliard fill more suburban and more. This small apartment was partially renovated to accommodate your needs.... Come stay with us, you will not be disappointed especially with the ration price/quality as we beat our competitors in this regard.
