The villa consists of 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms for adults and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. On the ground floor, a large living room with open kitchen and quality appliances (oven and MIELE espresso machine) bedroom with small bathroom with shower and private toilet. Upstairs, a master suite bedroom equipped with a bathroom with shower and a toilet, a small library lounge, a bedroom for two adults, another children's bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms upstairs have a large balcony with superb views. The house is equipped with quality furniture and lighting of Italian design (Foscarini, Capellini, ) paintings by Balkan artists. A washing machine is at your disposal. The villa is also equipped with a ping pong table and a basketball hoop.

The villa is located in an area under development and only concerns houses located at the back of ours. As the works are not allowed in July and August, your stay will not be impacted at all.
