With world-class wineries, stunning beaches and forest trails at your doorstep, it’s the perfect spot for couples, friends or small families to unwind and enjoy the best of the region. With two king beds, it's a great base for up to 4 guests.

The Space
Estelle Studio offers a generous open-plan layout thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to four guests. The space features two plush king beds with fresh linens and towels, a modern ensuite bathroom, and a cosy sitting area with table and chairs.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle - perfect for preparing light meals or your morning cuppa tea before a day of adventures. Stay entertained with a TV, Netflix and free WiFi, or simply relax in air-conditioned comfort after exploring the Margaret River region.

Located within the Higgins Lane Motel complex, you’ll enjoy free on-site parking and unbeatable proximity to the town centre. Please note: the two sleeping areas are divided by a partition wall, not a full door.

Great location, nice and tidy, could do with a bit of maintenance, however very clean. Wish warmer blankets were provided as the heater isn’t able to warm the entire apartment. Would stay again.
