"Starfish 31". Our beautiful, new apartment is located on the ground floor of the house starfish in Strandpark Großenbrode. Notes on additional costs and fees: Electricity / water / heating are included. A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office. Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request. 100, - Euro deposit are due in advance. Pet per booking 20, - EUR (only 1 dog allowed, no cats). With one bedroom and a comfortable living area with pull-out sofa, our apartment for 3 people enough space. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, etc. and leaves nothing to be desired on holiday. The living area invites you to cozy hours with a sitting area, a reclining chair and a wood-burning stove. We have purchased board games for adults and children, books and children's toys and want to use them. Our guests have a beautiful spa with sauna and whirlpool. A high chair and a baby travel cot are also available. Enjoy the hours of sunshine and relax on our terrace. We look forward to you!

Schöner Aufenthalt in toller Lage.Die Wohnung ist für die Größe optimal geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Auf der Schlafcouch schläft es sich prima, doch es ist trotz Plissees und Vorhängen sehr hell am Morgen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer knarzt leider ordentlich, die Dusche hat kleine Schimmelflecken, Silberfische besuchten uns - trotz einiger ausgelegter Fallen. Wir sind da aber auch nicht zu empfindlich.Alles in Allem also ein schöner Aufenthalt.Vielen Dank!

Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Hinweise zur Schlafsituation, zum knarzenden Bett sowie zur Dusche. Diese Punkte nehmen wir selbstverständlich auf und werden sie entsprechend überprüfen. Auch das Thema Silberfische ist uns bekannt, weshalb bereits entsprechende Fallen ausgelegt wurden. Gerade in Küstenregionen und bei entsprechender Witterung lässt sich ein vereinzeltes Auftreten leider nicht immer vollständig vermeiden. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass diese Punkte Ihren Gesamteindruck nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt haben und Sie Ihren Aufenthalt genießen konnten. Vielen Dank für Ihre offenen und konstruktiven Worte. Eigentlich ist es eine top Unterkunft. Leider mussten wir bei der Anreise feststellen, dass der Strandkorb nicht dabei ist bzw. wir ihn selbst organisieren mussten und im Anschluss die Rechnung erstattet wurde. So weit so gut. Als wir das Schlafsofa öffneten kamen uns einige Silberfischchen entgegen. Zudem war es wohl falsch zusammengebaut. Es hat jedenfalls ständig geklappert und gewackelt. Zum Schlafen leider nur bedingt geeignet. Der Topper wurde von der Objektverwaltung entsorgt, allerdings nicht ersetzt. Der hätte das Schlafen auf dem Sofa eventuell etwas erträglicher gemacht. Ich hatte jedenfalls Rückenschmerzen. Hinzu kam, dass beim zu Bett gehen in der ersten Nacht der Lattenrost im Bett durchkrachte. Wir konnten dies beheben und das Bett gemeinsam mit der Objektverwaltung richtig verleimen. Ich bin erstaunt, dass dies vorher niemand passiert ist. Das Schloss der Eingangstür ist etwas schwerfällig.Aber ansonsten war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet.Wenn die Mängel nicht gewesen wären, würden wir sagen top 5 Sterne (*****). So sind bei okay (***) gelandet.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Grossenbrode.Die Unterkunft war super.Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut.Der Strandkorb der in der Objektbeschreibung angepriesen wird ist nicht vorhanden.Wir haben uns ein Strandkorb gemietet und denken das wir den Mietpreis erstattet bekommen.

Tolle gemütliche schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Klasse sind die kleine Sauna im Bad und der Ofen, der die Wohnung schnell angenehm warm macht. Der Weg zum Stand ist kurz, der Bäcker um die Ecke. Wir haben uns mit unserem kleinen Hund dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne, große FW. In der Dusche leider etwas Schimmel in 2 Ecken aber sonst alles sehr sauber. Alles schnell ( Strand, Lebensmittelmarkt) fußläufig zu erreichen. Toll, dass der Strandkorb zur FW dazugehört und auch die kleine Sauna im Bad ist super.

die Wohnung ist ein schöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen und mit viel Bedachht eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war (fast) alles da was wir brauchten. Da wir zu Dritt waren, fehlte eine weitere Bettdecke. Gefunden haben wir nur weitere Wolldecken. Und ein Hinweis, dass Toilettenpapier mitgenommen werden sollte, wäre hilfreich :-)

Unser Ostsee-Aufenthalt

Kurz und knapp die Ferienwohnung war super. Das einzige Problem war, dass das Büro von FEWO vor Ort nicht länger geöffnet war. An unserem Abreisetag ging am Morgen das Oberlicht im Bad kaputt (defekte Glühbirne), weil das Büro nicht besetzt war und auch sonst keine Kontaktdaten für techn. Störungen vorhanden waren. Deshalb konnten wir im Zusammenhang mit der Abreise niemanden informieren. In diesem Sinne wäre eine Kontaktadresse wünschenswert, wo man sowas rechtzeitig anzeigen kann.

Entspannung pur

Eine tolle Wohnung, die vor allem durch ihre Nähe zum Strand punktet! Eigene Sauna und Strandkorb tragen zur puren Entspannung bei. Kleine Minuspunkte: Man merkte, dass die Putzkolonne in der Hauptsaison viel zu tun hat und etwas halbherzig saubermachte. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung leider so, dass alle Hausbewohner immer direkt vor dem Fenster/Balkon herlaufen. Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen! Es war sehr schön!

Strandnahr schöne Ferienwohnung

Bis auf das Wetter perfekt! Tolle Lage und alles wie beschrieben. Insbesondere die Sauna hat uns an nassen Tagen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist auch gut isoliert, von den anderen Gästen war nichts zu hören. Wir kommen wieder :)

Schöner Urlaub

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleiner Sauna, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt, Bäckerei und Einkaufsmarkt sind auch in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr praktisch ist die Möglichkeit mit der eigenen Fahrrad-Parkgarage, die zu der Wohnung dazugehört. Super angenehm ist natürlich auch der eigene Strandkorb der am Strand zum Relaxen auf einen wartet :-) Sehr freundliche Objektbetreuerin die bei Fragen sofort weiterhilft.

Super erholdamer Urlaub

Wohnung sehr gut und gemütlich. Tolle Ausstattung. Ansprechpartner täglich nebenan. Sehr ruhige Lage und doch nur 150 m zur Ostsee. Schöne Promenade. Gastronomien jahreszeitentsprechend leider zu. Nur wenige km nach Heiligenhafen wo man auch sehr schön laufen kann. Wir denken über einen neuerlichen Aufenthalt zum nächsten Jahreswechsel nach. Insegsamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles, was man braucht

Von der Buchung bis zum Check In und Check Out, hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir waren 2 Erw und ein Teenager. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, um ein paar Tage an der Küste zu entspannen. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, zum Bäcker gerade mal 5 Minuten. Lediglich die Sauberkeit im Bad Bereich und die Auslegware/Teppiche bekommen eine 4, statt 5 Sterne. Im großen und ganzen, ist sie Wohnung auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Macht weiter
