Le Parc - Cottage de charme

Welcome to this charming 38 m² pied-à-terre (single-storey), located at the foot of Mont Ventoux ! Not far from all amenities and the many activities that the region has to offer, this cottage is the ideal place for a very pleasant stay for two!
You will have a beautiful living room with a sofa bed (140x190), an open kitchen, fully equipped, a bedroom, a shower room as well as an outdoor laundry room, a shared pool and a terrace to enjoy sunny afternoons!
Private parking space. Bed linen and towels provided.


The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A bright living room with a lounge area equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and direct access to the garden through a bay window. Reversible air conditioning in the living room.
- A kitchen open to the living room with a raised table with 2 seats and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle...

Night area:
- A bedroom with a Queen-Size bed and cupboards.
- A bathroom with an Italian shower, a washbasin, storage space, a hairdryer and toiletries (shampoo and/or shower gel).
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A laundry room with a drying rack, a washing machine and ironing equipment.
- A fully enclosed garden, not overlooked, facing south-east in a charming park with flowers and trees of centuries-old oaks.
- A wooden terrace with a table, chairs, a parasol, sunbeds and a barbecue to enjoy a meal in a pleasant setting, facing the pool.
- A swimming pool (4x8m, depth 1,25m) secured by a cover, which allows it to maintain a pleasant water temperature from May to October. The use of the pool is subject to favourable weather conditions. It can be shared with the owners, who will however give you priority and occupy it in your absence.

Neighbourhood :
The cottage is ideally located a few kilometres from Carpentras towards Mont Ventoux Nord, in the countryside. Ideal location for cyclists! It is accessed by a beautiful private driveway in the undergrowth from the road to Caromb (D27). You will find all the necessary amenities in Carpentras: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-markets, shops, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Grotte de Thouzon located at 22,6 km (25 min by car).
- Avignon is 30 km (32 min by car) away.
- Gordes 32.6 km (43 min drive).
- Mont Ventoux 36 km (44 min drive) away. 25 minutes from the summit by car.

Carpentras is located in the heart of the Vaucluse, at the foot of the Mont Ventoux. Papal land from 1229 to 1791, it offers to the visitor's eye its dapper ochre facades, its fresh alleys, its fountains... It is a privileged holiday destination for those who want to savour the art of living in the Comtadin!
Discover the pedestrian discovery circuit named Berlingot, in reference to the sweet speciality of the city and passing by the must-see places of Carpentras: the oldest Synagogue in France, the Hôtel-Dieu, the former Episcopal Palace...
Then make a diversion to the Carpentras market: classified as an exceptional market for its atmosphere and the quality of its products in a kaleidoscope of colours, floral and fruity scents. From the end of November to the beginning of March, discover the hushed world of the truffle market, which serves as a reference for the whole region. Finally, take advantage of the multitude of activities on offer: horse racing, aerial sports, skate park, tennis courts, bi-cross, water sports stadium...

Transport :
- Shuttles: in summer from the Pierre de Coubertin sports complex to the market place, in winter, from Carpentras to Mont Serein via Caromb and Malaucène.
- Bus network Trans'CoVe: stop "Cheseaux 2", lines A and J direction Carpentras centre.
- Carpentras train station located 4 km away (10 min by car).
- Avignon airport 31.6 km (31 min by car).

- The cottage is an independent space located on the land where the owners live. They will give you a warm welcome!
- Private parking space adjacent to the cottage (all types of vehicles). It is also possible to park other vehicles on the property.
- Bed linen and towels provided (pool towels also).
- Except for the months of July to September, the cottage can be used for 1 night stays. In this case, breakfast will be provided.
