About this property
37 Oceanview Pde - Stay 5 Nights PAY 4 - Jan 1-22
This beautifully elevated, split-level home offers beautiful views and a spacious open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that flows out to a large entertaining deck perfect for relaxed holiday living. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge. Inside, the dining table seats 8–10 guests, and the deck provides additional outdoor dining space along with a large gas BBQ.
The comfortable lounge area includes a flat-screen TV, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, and a cosy wood heater for winter stays.
Upstairs, the master suite features a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, it's own TV/DVD player, and a private ensuite.
Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms—one with a tri-bunk (single over double) and one with a queen bed—along with a family bathroom (shower, vanity, and separate toilet). A generous games room offers extra space to unwind, complete with a TV, DVD player, Bluetooth soundbar, and a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double bed.
The laundry is located on the lower level and includes a trough, front-loading washing machine, and dryer.
You’ll find plenty of parking on the driveway. Just a quick note: the property isn’t fenced, and we’re unable to accommodate pets. Because the home is spread across multiple levels with several stairs, it may not be ideal for toddlers to roam unattended or for guests who have difficulty with stairs. The main living and dining areas can only be reached via stair access.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property.
No pets allowed.
While the property is fully furnished and well equipped, it may not have all appliances and equipment you may be used to using. We apologise if this causes inconvenience.

- Getting Around
Sandy Point is a lovely Village to stroll around, however getting beyond this you will need your own car.
- Other things to note
Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
