Close to train station, old town, lake, and Courier Shopping Mall, in the very city center with shops of first necessity, nearby.
Ideal base for exploring the city and the region, on foot.
Car travel is strongly discouraged in the city. If necessary, the city has an excellent network of city area buses (free in July and August , according to local regulations ).
Bike paths are very popular with cyclists, and allow you to tour the lake.
Apartment of 65 m2 on 3rd floor, completely renovated in 2021, eco-responsible, accessible by elevator, with spacious living room on street, clear and quiet with double glazing ( can be slightly noisy, when window opened, during the day ). US equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower.
The rooms are each equipped with a large double bed ( Queen Size ) 160 x 200 cm and 160 x 190 cm, Each bed can be divided into 2 twin beds ( only on request at booking ) .
The bedding is eco-friendly, 100% organic; latex mattress and cotton to guarantee the quality of sleep.
The blue room also contains a dressing room and an office.
The red room, smaller, has a small chest of drawers; it is advisable to use the wardrobe in the entrance as a complement.
There are shades and curtains at each of the rooms.
The living room consists of a sofa + coffee table and 2 armchairs.
Available: wide screen TV, Internet, wifi, appliance includes dishwasher and dryer. All devices were selected based on their energy performances.
The bathroom is composed of a large basin and a walk-in shower. There is a washing machine and dryer, as well.
Toilet is separated.
