Host was super friendly and helpful, just a text away. Property is about a 20 min drive to downtown and 17 min drive to the zoo. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The host lives in the walk out basement of the property and had the backyard blocked off from guest use. Not a nog deal to us though.Only downside was there were a lot of breakable and glass decor which was only an issue since we had a crawling 1 year old with us. We moved all we could and no problems arose, but not super baby proof. We made it work though and enjoyed our stay!I did appreciate she used non toxic items like unscented laundry detergent, wool dryer balls, had an RO, and some cleaner pantry items available! Right up our alley.
