Hi, I’m a local host who cares a lot about the details. This was my family home and I lived here for six years, so it’s been loved, looked after, and set up for an easy, comfortable stay. I keep the place spotless, respond quickly, and I’m close by if you need anything while still giving you full privacy to enjoy the house and the neighborhood.
Why they chose this property
Allenby Gardens is the sweet spot between city and sea. From quiet, tree-lined Coombe Road you’re moments from the River Torrens/Linear Park trail for walks and cycling, the cafés and boutiques on Queen Street (Croydon), markets and eateries at Plant 4 Bowden and Brickworks Marketplace, and simple bus links along Port and Grange Roads straight into the CBD. Henley and Grange beaches are an easy drive, yet the street stays calm and residential perfect for unwinding after a day out.
What makes this property unique
Because it’s a cared for family home, it feels warm and practical rather than generic. Expect comfortable beds with quality linens, a well equipped kitchen (proper coffee/tea setup), reliable Wi-Fi with a handy workspace, streaming ready TV, and simple self check-in.
