Your own private stretch of land invites wildlife sightings from locals or travellers. Start your day at Maru Koala and Animal Park or marvel at cuddly residents at Koala Conservation Reserve. Venture across to Churchill Island, watch fur‑floored walkways at Penguin Parade, and sip award‑winning drops at Purple Hen Winery or Silverwaters Vineyard.
The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the tiny house and the outdoor area surrounding it. Most of the property is available for use, except the area around the owner's residence and nearby sheds.
Preorders are available with 24 hrs notice from host:

- Continental breakfast may be available for $15 per person, depending on your booking dates. Please check with us in advance.
