We are located in SURF BEACH PHILLIP ISLAND

Cosy, Comfortable Coastal living! Enjoy a true Phillip Island experience in this neat 2-bedroom bungalow. Location, Location, Location; follow the sound of the waves for 600 metres down to one of Phillip Island’s sandy surf beaches - Surfies Point. Ideal accommodation for families, couples or solos seeking a relaxing getaway.

The bungalow provides a range of facilities to suit all guests. The master and tri-bunk bedrooms sleep up to 5 occupants. The fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher allows home-cooked meals and the washing machine is perfect for the longer stays. We provide a number of extras that you wont find elsewhere. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, condiments, toilet paper, soap, split-system heating & cooling, Chromecast, DVD player and board games.

SURF BEACH offers family friendly swimming, popular surf breaks and a long stretch of sandy beaches. The Bungalows makes a great base for Phillip Islands hottest attractions. The Moto GP track is just a 5-minute drive away and the Penguin Parade a further 10 minutes. A 10-minute drive for groceries/restaurants at either Cowes or San Remo.
Walking distance from a bottle shop, coffee & pizza vans, public transport & bicycle tracks.

Awesome property located close to Surf Beach. Excellent inside with all the amenities of home. Kim provided us with great information about the property prior to arrival with clear instructions making checking in a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone and it is pet friendly as well!

We had a fantastic time in Phillip Island staying 'At the Beach' Beachley Bungalow. The property was great in everyway, very comfortable and clean with many special features. Kim was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the Beachley Bungalow.

This was a lovely property for our recent short getaway. The bungalow was clean, fresh and very bright an airy. It was also well decked out with everything we needed to relax at the end of the day including an excellent selection of DVDs, games and a Wii. I would definitely recommend to others.

Pleasant stay

We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at this property. Communication from Kim was very clear right from the start. We knew where to find our keys and what the wifi password was without having to ask for it 🙂 The property is well stocked and we had no trouble finding anything. The location is great too!

The perfect getaway

This property was the perfect spot for a getaway with my best friend, A convenient location to all attractions Phillip Island has to offer and such a clean little house where we were able to do home cooked meals and enjoy a movie in the loungeroom. will 100% be back for my next adventures of the island

Peace at the beach

All cleaning fluids and tools provided. Tea, coffee, milk also provided. Tidy, clean garden. Quiet street. Bottle of red wine awaits our arrival in the kitchen. Only 1 1/2 hours from our home. We plan to return.

Lovely compact bungalow

A great compact bungalow consisting of 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and living, dining and kitchen. Lots of DVDs, board games and Wii games to pass the time. A small uncovered back yard. The only thing I can suggest is that the oven needs a professional clean- otherwise highly recommended.
