Inspired by Italy’s Miramare Castle and newly renovated in Mediterranean-Amalfi style, it features 2 master bedrooms + 4 large shared rooms, multiple living and dining areas, 3 balconies, a large backyard play area, outdoor BBQ, and alfresco dining. Hotel style games room with bar fridge, table tennis table & small kids library. Private and spacious, it’s perfect for families, couples, or friends—just 2km from shops, cafés, and restaurants.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the remote to coat hanger at the front door & Lock all external doors from the inside before leaving
Take out all the rubbish bags in the external bins outside the laundry
Close the wind shutter upstairs to avoid wind damage to big window.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The view was simple stunning both from the ground floor and first floor. Host John was very helpful and always quick in responding to our messages any time of the day. Great place to stay. Really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

I’m Nina, an award-winning architect and designer, and my husband John works in youth support, helping young people and young adults find their direction and confidence in life. Although we’re new to Olivers Hill, we’ve been holidaying on the Mornington Peninsula at least once every year for the past 30 years. Over time, we fell in love with the coastline, the culture, and the sense of calm the area offers. Miramare is our way of sharing a place we’ve cherished for decades. I designed the home with Mediterranean-inspired touches, open spaces and thoughtful details that frame the sweeping views over Port Phillip Bay, while John brings the warmth, care and grounding that shape the way we host. Together, we hope Miramare feels like a welcoming, beautiful retreat where guests can relax, connect and experience everything we love about this part of the world.

We chose Oliver's Hill because it offers the perfect balance of coastal tranquillity and vibrant local life. The views, the beaches, and the peaceful walking tracks immediately drew us in, while still being close to great cafés, parks, the arts centre and the heart of Frankston. What we enjoy most is the daily rhythm of the area—mornings filled with soft ocean light, afternoons exploring the pier or the trails, and evenings watching the sunset melt into the bay.
