Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description de l’annonce. J’avoue avoir été un peu sceptique au départ, le tarif étant particulièrement attractif, mais je n’ai eu aucune mauvaise surprise : tout était impeccable.La communication avec le propriétaire comme avec la concierge a été simple, rapide et très agréable. L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec tous les commerces au pied de l’immeuble : boucher, poissonnier, boulanger… Sans oublier le marché du mardi et du vendredi juste en bas, extrêmement pratique pour profiter de produits frais.La place de parking réservée est un vrai plus dans ce quartier. Le petit balcon permet de prendre les repas à quatre en toute tranquillité, souvent à l’ombre aux heures de déjeuner et de dîner, ce qui est très appréciable. Un grand parasol est également mis à disposition si besoin.Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances et recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Belle surprise

Un logement pratique et à moins de 100m de la plage. Et tres bien équipé: le lave linge et la clim avec les enfants c’est juste l’idéal. Manque peut être un peu de rangement mais c’est tout. Triste de partir . Saint cyprien est vraiment très familial et c’est ce que je recherchais. Je reviendrais avec plaisir …
