Nestled in the lower level of a centrally located character home in one of Calgary's historic communities is the Mighty Squirrel Guest Suite.

Located close to several attractions and the trendy 4th street/17th Ave areas. An easy walk to the stampede grounds/Saddledome, BMO centre, MNP sports centre, LRT station, groceries, and plenty of dinning, shopping, and nightlife. 30 minute walk to downtown or quick ride on the LRT or bus.

Right next to elbow river pathways and Roxboro off-leash park.
The space
Like squirrels, this studio suite is cute, functional, and full of character. Guests will enjoy a private entrance and full amenities including a kitchen with induction hotplate, coffee/tea, convection toaster oven/air fryer, 4 piece bathroom, Queen bed with Endy mattress, dinning area, dedicated workspace, a lounging area for reading and watching TV, and in-suite washer-dryer. Can accommodate up to two people.

The mechanical and laundry for the home is located within the suite. Host may need access if there is a mechanical issue.

Parking is on-street permit parking. Guests need to provide license plate number ahead of arrival. One vehicle maximum.

Note that the bulkhead in the pictures is ~6'3" above the floor.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire lower level. Secure private entry by keypad.
