This property was exactly what we expected. Location was great. it is directly across the street from the beach and there was a wagon, cooler, and chairs at the property for us to use. It is a quite neighborhood and close to johns pass and other good restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay for a Guy's Weekend. Having only one bathroom was not really an issue with three guys lol. The place was clean and comfortable. I personally slept on the daybed and I have to say, I was surprised at just how comfortable it was. We all got really good nights' sleep and felt very relaxed. Plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen ( I think every type of coffee maker known to man is there!). There was some sugar packets and random spices, but some salt & pepper would've been nice. There was a couple of different coffee containers in the refrigerator, which might've been from previous guests?It was a very short walk to the beach and we really appreciated the wagon, beach umbrella, and chairs. The beach area that is near the house is less crowded than most places. Cleo was very responsive to any texts.

This is a darling cottage with 2 larger bedrooms and a daybed on the enclosed sunporch in back. The property is clean, with well appointed decor. The kitchen has many appliances and nice glassware and dishes, a coffeemaker, bottled water in the fridge. There is a bbq grill out back and patio furniture in the small yard. Beach access is half a block down and across the street. The beach is wide and the Gulf is calm. The cottage are walking distance to Coastal Coffee and a couple of restaurants. There is parking for 2 cars. Great place for a family or two couples. Communication with owners was great, we had no issues, and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
